设计简介
具有电源正常指示功能的 MCP1602 2.0MHz、500mA 同步降压稳压器的典型应用。 MCP1602 是一款高效、完全集成的 500 mA 同步降压稳压器，带有电源正常监控器。 2.7V 至 5.5V 输入电压范围和低静态电流（典型值为 45 uA）使 MCP1602 非常适合由 1 节锂离子电池或 2 节/3 节 NiMH/NiCd 电池供电的应用

  • Typical Application for MCP1602 2.0MHz, 500mA Synchronous Buck Regulator with Power-Good. The MCP1602 is a high efficient, fully integrated 500 mA synchronous buck regulator with a powergood monitor. The 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and low quiescent current (45 uA, typical) makes the MCP1602 ideally suited for applications powered from 1-cell Li-Ion or 2-cell/3-cell NiMH/NiCd batteries
