求一个不是78和79做的线性稳压电源输出+12V、-12V、+5V，-5V，+3.3V 要能用的
求一个不是78和79系列芯片做的线性稳压电源低纹波3.3V ±5V±12V可调输出，做过的大佬，小弟跪求能用的电路图和pcb，急要的，谢谢大佬们！

变压器： 220V/AV输入双14V/AC输出（三线输出）电源输出： +12V、-12V、+5V、-5V、+3.3V 画图软件: Altium Designer Winter
TPS5430 12V输入5V输出偏低
如上图所示，输入12V，设计输出5V, 但实际空载时测得输出端电压只有3V左右，下图为输出端波形，当负载电流增大时输出电压还会再降低Layout TPS5430 12V输入5V输出偏低 TVS

为什么12V的推挽电路输出的是5V电压
这是一张使用6N137光耦通过推挽电路输出电路，让我困惑的是目前电路CLK只能输出5V的电压不是想想的12V，请问为什么。
