设计简介

AP3154AEVM，AP3154A 的评估板是一款高效电荷泵白光 LED 驱动器，具有 1x、1.5x 和 2x 工作模式。它的工作电源电压为 2.7V 至 5.5V，最多可驱动四个通道的白光 LED，而每个通道的电流可单独设置为高达 30mA 的电流。通过将四个通道组合在一起，可以提供最大 120mA 的负载电流

说明

AP3154AEVM, Evaluation Board for the AP3154A is a high efficiency charge-pump white LED driver with 1x, 1.5x and 2x operating modes. It operates on power supplies from 2.7V to 5.5V and can drive up to four channels of white LEDs while the current of each channel can be individually set to up to 30mA current. By ganging four channels together it can provide a maximum load current of 120mA

TI 高侧和低侧驱动器 4A 峰值电流120V 升压方案
可通过独立输入驱动两个采用高侧/低侧配置的N沟道金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET),峰值输出上拉和下拉电流已经被提高至4A 拉电流和4A 灌电流，并且上拉和下拉电阻已经被减小至
